Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Cancellation Prior to Work Inception
If a project is cancelled by the client before design concept work or technical automation discovery has started, a 100% refund of advance payments minus unavoidable payment gateway processing fees will be issued within 7 business days.
2. Work in Progress
Once initial visual drafts (Version 1) or technical architecture maps are delivered for review in your client portal, fees are prorated based on completed milestones. The initial discovery and concept phase fee is non-refundable.
3. Approved Deliverables
Once a deliverable version is officially approved by the client or final source files are released for download, no refunds can be issued for that milestone.
4. Refund Method
Approved refunds are credited to the original payment source (bank account or UPI ID) within 5 to 7 working days. For billing questions, contact contact@csdigitalservices.com.
